officially revealed about the new feature of Windows 8.1 Blue before this
every information related to Windows 8.1 Blue was leaked. According to
Microsoft Windows 8.1 Blue gives user a rich user experience and fix some bugs
that was on Windows 8. So What's new feature in Windows 8.1 Blue ? Have a look
these new features in Windows 8.1 Blue
-Get
back start button
-Now the user can make their tablet PC into a photo frame or photo slider by setting some photo slide show on the start screen
-You can use set your desktop wallpaper as start screen background , don't need third party software to do this.
-Multiple selection of apps , which makes easier uninstalling , move or resize
-New installed software will not be on start screen as it makes dirty

-It's easy to search a file like video or audio and you will be able to play it directly from the result.
-Access local files, apps and settings results etc. by scrolling left.
