Lenovo P780 8GB Got Kitkat 4.4 Update! Check it Out

We were in dark whether Lenovo will provide Jelly Bean 4.3 update from 4.2 but Lenovo confirmed that they will provide Kitkat 4.4 update to lenovo P780 8Gb version. Lonovo make jump to Kitkat 4.4 from Jelly Bean 4.2.

It is OTA (Over The Air) Update. NOw youu can update your Lenovo P780 to Kitkat 4.4.2 and it is without any connection to PC. This update is to P7801_ROWS220_140722 form P780_8G_ROW_S124_140403.

Before updating make sure you have done backup of your phone storage as in this updating process your phone storage will be completely formatted.

1. Go to Settings

2. Click/Hit "About Phone"

3.Click/hit System Update

4. You will see like this

5. click on Download and update version

This updating process will take some time so don't force shut down while updating. After this update you can see alot of changes in your old Android version.
