First you need to make Windows 10 bootable USB flash drive as you make bootable DVD/CD just by burning iSO of WIndows 7/8/8.1. Now we learn how to make windows 10 bootable USB  flash drive.

How to Make Windows 10 Bootable USB Flash Drive

• Download Refuse software(no installation rquire).

• Run that software and plug 8Gb or more than 8GB empty flash drive  

.

• Select "NTFS" in File System option
• Click on DVD/Cd Icon and browse the iSO file of windows 10
• Click on Start to make Windows 10 bootable USB flash 

Note: It will take few minutes to complete the process, once it done close program and remove USB flash drive
