Finally Microsoft has launched the build 10149 of Windows 10 Insider preview to all Windows Phone users. This new build includes many improvements and fixes for bugs those were present in last build. According to Microsoft the insider team was happy with this build and progress being done in the windows 10 device.
This 10149 build of windows 10 mobile is now available for all users emgaged in the windows insider program and the umdate can be downloaded from windows insider app (Link)
